About this tool

This is the first stage of the DSS tool designed to assist managers maximize the speed of response to an incursion once this has been confirmed, by enabling logical consideration of all management options.

This DSS tool would not replace existing jurisdictional regulatory or decision-making processes.

Definitions:

• Fish incursions: a species introduced outside their normal natural range.

Note:

• If one survey shows two records in a new location, report one species first and then report the other species in a new report. This can be easily achieved by modifying the initial report and saving it under a unique name.
