NATIONAL TRUST OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA ACT

An act to constitute and encorporate a body to be known as the national trust of South Australia, to prescribe the powers of the said body, and to provide for the preservation and maintenance of places of national, historic, artistic, scientific or natural value.

National Environment Protection Council (South Australia) Act

SA’s part in the co-operative legislation scheme to establish the National Environment Protection Council and implement the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Environment.

National Parks and Wildlife Act

An Act to provide for the establishment and management of reserves for public benefit and enjoyment; to provide for the conservation of wildlife in a natural environment; and for other purposes. Requires plans of management and conservation to be developed and implemented in National Parks located in the State.
